# GoCache

> GoCache, the CDN and WAF, so Myrmex can review and operate your edge protection.

Connect **GoCache**, the CDN and WAF, so Myrmex can review and operate your edge protection.

## What Myrmex Can Do

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="WAF posture" icon="list-check">
    Managed rule groups, false-positive exceptions and Threat Hub security events.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Edge controls" icon="gauge">
    IP, geo and ASN firewall, Smart Rules, rate limit, bot mitigation, DDoS Protection and API Firewall.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Hardening audit" icon="sliders">
    A 63-control GoCache audit that feeds Security Posture.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## Before You Start

* A GoCache **API token**, and the domain and namespace to scope the integration to.
* A **Collector** that can reach it.

<Tip>
  Scope the credential to what Myrmex should reach. A narrower one still connects — it just leaves the agents with less reach.
</Tip>

## Add the Integration in Myrmex

From the **Directory**, choose **Add Integration → GoCache**, then fill in:

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| **Name** | A unique name for this instance. |
| **Description** | Optional note to identify it. |
| **Token** | The GoCache API token, stored encrypted. |
| **Url** | The API endpoint (`api.gocache.com.br/v1` by default). |
| **Domain** | The domain to scope the integration to. |
| **Namespace id** | The namespace the domain belongs to. |
| **Audit max domains** | How many domains the hardening audit covers, `40` by default. |
| **Verify ssl** | Validate the certificate (on by default). |
| **Collector** | The [Collector](/documentation/agent-endpoint-security/collector-mode) that reaches it. |

<Note>
  The integration is tied to the **context** you have selected when you create it.
</Note>

## Connect

Click **Connect** to validate and finish. It then appears in the **Directory**. New to integrations? See the [Integrations overview](/documentation/integrations/overview).
