# Data Protection

## Overview

This policy aims to ensure that the collection, processing, storage, and use of data by the MYRMEX platform comply with applicable data protection legislation, such as LGPD (General Data Protection Law – Brazil) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation – European Union), while reinforcing our commitment to privacy and information security.

Applies to all data processed by MYRMEX, including sensitive data from integrations, and platform user information.
