Overview

MYRMEX lets you move between the contexts (environments) you have access to — including contexts of sub-organizations — from a single selector at the top of the left sidebar. This is particularly useful for consultants, managed service providers, or users who need to manage multiple organizations.

Managing Organizations

Switch between contexts quickly:

Open the Context Selector

Click the context selector at the top of the left sidebar. It shows the current context and its organization.

Select a Context

Type in Search context… or choose from the list of contexts available to you

Work in the Selected Context

The workspace now shows the data of the selected context
Manage organization-specific configurations from the user menu (bottom of the left sidebar) → Settings:
  • Organization: Name, Trade Name, CNPJ, billing account, MSSP (cross-org governance) option and Address Information
  • Sub Organizations: The organizations managed under yours
  • Security Policies: Organization-wide security rules
Control who can access the organization:

Invite Members

Add new members in Settings → Users → Add User

Set Permissions

Configure role-based access in Settings → Roles

Review Access

Regularly audit organization access
